He is the founder of Ardians & Co – Attorney and Counsellor at Law and chairs the Managing Partners. He served extensively in subsidiary of PT. Astra International Tbk. and his last position was Litigation Head.

Mr. Hadi, a proud Bataknese under the family name Nasution, has attended quite a lot of professional trainings such as leadership training in Astra Group, media on and negotiation training held by National Mediation Center (Pusat Mediasi Nasional), and arbiter training organized by The Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan) and Indonesian Institute of Arbitration (Institut Arbitrase Indonesia). Currently, he also registered as a Receiver and Administrator for Bankruptcy on the Asosiasi Kurator dan Pengurus Indonesia (AKPI).

Before founding Ardians & Co, Mr. Hadi has demonstrated his legal proficiency as Associate in Dewa Justisia Law Office and Partner in Law Firm Lawyerlook Indonesia. Mr. Hadi’s predominate skills are in the aspects of litigation and investigation.

His other professional specifications are in the fields of mediation, negotiation, human resources, intellectual property rights, receivables handling and anti-fraud management system. His added 10 years of experience working in financing company (one of which is Astra) sharpens his legal skills and broadens his point of view to identify and handle finance related legal issues. Mr. Hadi is very familiar with legal aspects in the financing business.

Mr. Hadi points out that being a lawyer is a noble act and selfless deed. It is not solely for the worldly wealth. He established Ardians & Co for the sake of virtue and merit and to balance the life (tawazun) in order to reach the profit of the world and afterlife.
