On December 19 and 21, Ardians & Co participated in an assessment program held at Harris Hotel Bekasi. This activity aimed to evaluate and measure the team’s competencies, performance, and professionalism in order to support the continuous improvement of human resource quality.

Through the implementation of this assessment program, it is hoped that Ardians & Co will receive constructive feedback, strengthen work standards, and continue to enhance the quality of legal services that are professional, integrity-driven, and oriented toward client satisfaction in the future.
