Williams graduated from the Faculty of Law, Jayabaya University where during his studies until completing his undergraduate degree he was active in law enforcement by being involved in internal and external University organisations.

At the beginning of his career before joining Ardians & Co – Attorney and Counselor at Law, he worked in the Government for 8 years from the beginning of 2014 as a staff of the Legal and Protocol Bureau at the National Disaster Management Agency, then in 2023 he began partnering with several Law Firms including SAS & Partners.

Since 2014 until now he has been involved in many cases handling both Civil, Criminal and State Administration and has represented various clients in the scope of Litigation or Non-Litigation such as Drafting Legislation, Constitutional Law, Land Law, Labour Law, Corruption Crime and Disputes over Election Results in the Constitutional Court.
