Postponement of Debt Payment Obligations (PKPU) and Bankruptcy

We will provide legal assistance for debtors, creditors and third parties in the process of debt restructuring, bankruptcy resolution and asset protection.

We will assist Clients, both debtors and creditors in submitting PKPU applications to the Commercial Court, starting from the initial process to the end because we have lawyers who are also licensed as Curators and Administrators, and have experience in handling several PKPU and Bankruptcy cases.

Because PKPU and Bankruptcy are very important in maintaining fairness and transparency in debt settlement, both for debtors and creditors, we will ensure that the debt restructuring process runs fairly, legally and in accordance with applicable legal principles.
